Click and keep pressed the skill slot selected, without moving the mouse, this method is perfect to cast skills that do not require a target.

slotint: The slot to use.
inPlacebool: If true, the CTRL key will be pressed before casting this skill and released right after.
clearKeysbool: If true, all keys state will be reseted.
