Gets whether the selected guild tab has received its initial inventory data and the corresponding guild inventory is present in the client.

Check IsOpened separately when the panel must be visible. Loaded data can remain available after closing the panel. This does not confirm that a deposit or withdrawal has completed, nor guarantee an unchanged inventory during subsequent reads.
