Open the Context menu for the selected party member.

characterNamestring: The name of the character you want to interact with.
actuallyOpenbool: Not read by this overload in the reviewed source. Do not rely on this argument to change its behavior.

Returns: OpenContextMenuResult.None on success, or the relative error.
