Click the skill slot selected, without moving the mouse, this method is perfect to cast skills that do not require a target.

slotint: The slot to use.
inPlacebool: If true, the CTRL key will be pressed before casting this skill and released right after.
clearKeysbool: If set to true, all keys will be cleared before to cast. for instant skills you usually set this to false, to avoid keys like the move key to be released.

Returns: UseResult.None on success, or the relative error.
